WDC Program

The WDC get-together was a meaningful and engaging event conducted at Me Square, Edappally, featuring well-received sessions by Dr. Kriti Ullal on myths, facts, and confident choices for healthcare professionals, and Ms. Archana Ramanathan with an insightful professional makeup and styling demo. The evening concluded with great food, warm camaraderie, and was truly well spent.

Pink Ribbon Drive

International Women’s Day was celebrated under the “Pink Ribbon Drive” at Futureace Hospital, Edappally. The program featured informative sessions on breast cancer awareness by Dr. Sheela Sadasivan (Gynecologist, EMC) and Dr. Anupama S (Gynae Oncologist, VPS Lakeshore), along with preliminary screenings for attendees. The well-received initiative also gained media coverage in Mathrubhumi and Deshabhimani.

National girl child day -Her Smile

The first WDC project of the year, 'Her Smile' was successfully conducted at Nalanda Public School in observance of National Girl Child Day.

Events include:
* Prize distribution by IDA Kochi President Dr. Meera Gopalakrishnan 
* Skit by the students on the theme “Her Smile, Her Strength”
* Dental kit distribution to the skit participants by Dr. Meera Gopalakrishnan 
* Dental Awareness Talk on Dental trauma prevention, First aid, and management by Dr. Resmi PG
* National Girl Child Day message by Dr. Parvathy Ajai

WDC IDA KochI conducted an awareness programme on National girl child day at Pius Girls High School Edapally.
Awareness talks were given by Dr Sreelalshmi, Consultant Gynecologist and by Dr Swathi Consultant Periodontist.
